'Bring the Paint' competition

To celebrate the completion of ‘Bring The Paint to Blackwell Parish’ we would like to give out tickets for a household/group to visit the Barrow Hill Roundhouse Railway Centre in Chesterfield, with a brew and a butty to boot!
