LEAN ON: An Invitation

We want women in arts and culture to be thriving, meaning they feel fulfilled by their work, financially resilient, actively supporting others in the sector, and are part of connected communities that benefit from arts and culture. We're prioritising women for this project who have working class backgrounds and/or are living in lower socio-economic neighbourhoods and women identifying as global majority*.

Information about the programme is available in our Lean On brochure. We have now recruited for the 2022 cohort.

We are also currently working with 22 women as a part of our alumni network from the 2021 and 2019 programmes.

If you have any questions about Lean On please contact Sam, Project Manager, on sam@platformthirty1.com or 07851 158 174. The project is generously supported by the Smallwood Trust, enabling women to be financially resilient and Arts Council England.

*Global majority refers to people who are Black, African, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or, have been racialised as 'ethnic minorities'
