Lean On will share financial skills and knowledge about habit-forming and business development support, whilst building networks through action learning sets and mentoring in Bolsover, Derbyshire. Funded by the Smallwood Trust.

Building skills, knowledge and importantly an interest in UK democracy and the lack of diversity within it. Creating an appetite for pro-active participation, individual and collective action through creative faciliation, theatre and creating works for a public exhibition. In partnership with Face Up Theatre and funded by the Women's Votes Centenary Fund.

Fire & Wire

Fire & Wire

Every girl should know her worth and that she is valued for her individuality. Fire & Wire works with girls in former mining communities teaching the basics of neuroscience, developing an understanding of how their brains work and how best they can utilise their physiology and psychology. The project also equips participants with leadership and creative skills, helping them develop their own projects for change at both an individual and community level with younger peers. Creative activity for young people that generates responses to their locality, in Ironville & Riddings in Derbyshire. Young people will also gain an Arts Award qualification thanks to YouthINC & Derbyshire County Council support.
